We really appreciated the tranquility and the privileged location of the hotel, the area around Ilhavo is really interesting to discover in addition to Aveiro. The association of Montebello and Vista Alegre results in high quality infrastructure and design (fantastic outdoor and indoor swimming pool, excellent and refined decoration etc.).

We really like the position, the very unique hotel bulding, architecture and decoration The room was really nice even if in general we prefer not to have carpet in our room, the bathroom was really super (with bidet!!!) and the bed super comfortable Food at the restaurant very nice with a good quality for price balance. Breakfast outstanding

The atmosphere is amazing. The complex is extremely well kept. We stayed in a very nicely decorated apartment for 4 with all the facilities you would like to find in such a place. The breakfast offers many different delicious options. The visit to the museum is a must.

The hotel is in a rural setting on the Aveiro lagoon. It is tranquil and never feels overcrowded. it has an excellent Pool and there is never a fight over the sunbeds. The hotel is well run and clean. There was plenty of free parking. Breakfast was wonderful. The restaurant was excellent.

The room was very good, all the materials used in the construction are really high level finishing... the pool and the sauna was great. and the best part are the exteriors, very well maintained, nice plants, the possibility to walk around the Vista alegre old town and houses.. is super cool...

Excellent resort style hotel with fantastic facilities and friendly staff. Our room was spacious and well equipped. The pool was lovely and the breakfast was great too It's a short drive to Aveiro and the beaches

Rooms were super spacious, comfortable and clean! Breakfast was good, many options. Great size pool and nice sauna. Staff was very helpful. The hotel is very well located, close to the city center and surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. Discounts at Vistalegre and Bordalo Pinheiro stores were a pleasant surprise! We had an amazing time.

We could not fault this hotel. The room was very stylish and spacious with a private external terrace with outdoor furniture. The bathroom configuration was great with his and hers handbasins fabulous tiling... all very new. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Great indoor pool restaurant and breakfasts. The staff were very friendly and helpful. To see Vista Alegre porcelain everywhere was a bonus. The free tour of the museum and access to view the handpainting staff at work was special.
